GMP/COD calculation requests

All calculation requests should be sent to Pensions Account Maintenance (PAM), BP3302, except for the terminally ill and Pensions Review cases, which should be sent to the relevant areas within Contracted Out Early Leaver's (COEL).

The requests for PAM should be sent in on the relevant forms, CA1604, CA1580 or CA1555. This makes the requests easier to identify and process.

As a number of forms cannot be processed automatically, because the information provided differs from our records, it can take up to 6 weeks for replies to be sent out in some cases. Please do not send reminders until after 6 weeks.

The only requests we treat as urgent are where reminders are sent in because the original hasn't been answered within the 6 week period.We will accept faxed calculation requests for these cases. They can be faxed to 0191 2250538.
