Self Assessment (SA) Online email and text message notification service

The Self Assessment (SA) Online email and text message notification service was withdrawn from 3 April 2008. This was introduced in 2004 on a trial basis, but has resulted in less than 1.5 per cent of our SA Online customers making use of this service.

The broadening of SA Online means that online customers can now access full details of their SA account including viewing their statements, payments made and checking their liability at any time. This, together with the low take-up of the service has informed our decision to withdraw it. We apologise for any inconvenience the removal of this service causes to our customers.
