Revised online filing system for Trust and Estate Tax Returns

A revised online filing system for Trust and Estate Tax Returns has been introduced from 1 July 2010. This revised system will speed up the time taken by HMRC to action these returns and improve customer service by:

• reducing the time taken to handle any tax repayments
• dealing with any queries with the Trust and Estate Tax Return faster

We hope that these improvements will encourage you to file your Trust and Estate Tax Return online.
