Penalties for late payment of employer and contractor PAYE

HM Revenue & Customs has today published for external comment a draft order (PDF 24K) applying late payment penalties to certain National Insurance contributions. This works in conjunction with the PAYE Appointed Day Order (draft published on 23 December 2009), which becomes effective on the same day.
