
The Government is carrying out a review of the balance of competences between the EU and the UK. This is an audit of what the EU does and how it affects the UK. You can read more about it on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.
We will lead on the report on the Internal Market: Freedom of Movement of Goods in the second semester (spring 2013 - winter 2013). When we are ready to issue our call for evidence we will publish it on this page and it will also be announced on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.
