Draft Statutory Instruments to up-rate tax credits, Child Benefit and Guardian's Allowance

The latest draft Statutory Instruments and Explanatory Memoranda to up-rate tax credits, Child Benefit and Guardian's Allowance have just been published on the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website. These are:

• The Draft Tax Credits Up-rating Regulations 2010 - this order uprates tax credits rates and thresholds for 2010-11
• The Draft Child Benefit Up-rating Order 2010 - this order uprates the rate of Child Benefit from April 2010
• The Draft Guardians Allowance Up-rating Order 2010 - this order uprates the rate of Guardians Allowance for Great Britain from April 2010
• The Draft Guardians Allowance (Northern Ireland) Up-rating Order 2010 - this order uprates the rate of Guardians Allowance for Northern Ireland from April 2010
