New guidance notes for competing forms SDLT1 and SDLT4 are now available and can be accessed from the 'See also' section on the right hand side of the Stamp Duty Land Tax homepage.
Old paper versions of the SDLT6 guidance notes have now been withdrawn and it's no longer possible to order these but you can print your own copy of the new guidance notes if you wish to. Follow the links below to view the new SDLT1 and SDLT4 guidance notes.
