PAYE in real time: contacting employers who have missed deadlines

During September 2013 HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) will be writing to employers who have missed one or more of the deadlines for reporting their PAYE information in real time.

Most employers should have started to report their PAYE information in this new way from their first payday after 6 April 2013.

If you get one of these letters you must act now and either start sending your real time payroll submissions on time, or tell HMRC that you haven't been reporting because you don't pay anyone.
