A survey of Money Laundering Regulations (MLR) customers has now started. Research company (Quadrangle Research) will contact customers by telephone or personal interviews. All interviews will be completed by 8 April 2011.
Researchers will not ask for any sensitive business or personal data, such as financial information or bank details. Any material collected will be completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. HM Revenue & Customs appreciate your help in this survey and hope it will help them provide a service more tailored to the needs of the businesses registered with them.
