The MLR 9 Registration Notice is now available online in a new format. There is a specific guide for each of the sectors supervised by HM Revenue & Customs. As all four guides have Treasury approval, businesses following the guidance can use this as a defence against penalties or prosecution for failure to comply with the regulations:
