Update for Trust or Company Service Providers (TCSPs) and Accounting Service Providers (ASPs)

We announced on the 6 May that we want to make sure the right businesses register with us and that we were in the process of finalising our guidance. We are continuing with that work and we wish to help businesses further.

We recommend:

For ASPs:

• if you have not yet registered you do not send us your forms at this time
• we will now set a new application deadline of a minimum of four weeks from the date on which updated guidance is published

For TCSPs:

• if you are a business address provider or a mail box supplier you should submit your registration application to us now, and include any applications for the fit and proper test
• for all other TCSPs you should not send us your forms yet
• we will set a new application deadline of a minimum of four weeks from the date on which updated guidance is published
