A series of seminars, supervised by HMRC, to help businesses implement the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. The seminars are aimed at Accountancy Service Providers and Trust or Company Service Providers and will focus on:
- Registration – Money Laundering Regulations 2007.
- The fit and proper test for Trust or Company Service Providers.
- How to operate the risk based approach to anti-money laundering controls.
- What to expect from HMRC.
