Residency
CAR Residency will let personal representatives have help and
information where any of the following apply.
- the deceased died not resident in the
United Kingdom or.
- the deceased died resident but was not
domiciled in the UK or
- a personal representative is not resident
in the UK or
- the query relates to a foreign
estate.
