TSAD13020 - Arrival of goods at the temporary storage premises (including an ICD/IRD): creating consignment records

Operators using a computerised cargo processing system must create an inventory on their system and transmit consignment details to the central database.

You must be satisfied that this record contains sufficient information for you to adequately control the goods.

The operator must also notify the National Clearance Hub promptly that a consignment has arrived into their premises.
