SW08210 is normally available 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.
Accessing the Service and Availability
The IT Service Centre provides active support for the
service from 08:00 to 18:00, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank
holidays). Outside of these hours the IT Service Centre are
available to receive calls but may not be able to provide help
until the following working day.
Using the Service
HMRC Business Authorising Officers will provide cover for
their Rooms during normal HMRC business hours.
Product Help, Context Sensitive Help, Online Learning, SW
Business Manual, and the HMRC Intranet site are all normally
available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except for agreed
planned downtime.
