SW06110 - Create a Room: Room Purpose

The Shared Workspace Team approves the creation of each Shared Workspace Room. This is done after considering the Room purpose stated in the creation process.

The HMRC Business Authorising Officer (BAO) is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Room remains within this purpose.

Shared Workspace Rooms must be designed to meet only one purpose. If a new purpose arises a separate Room must be created.
