The HMRC Shared Workspace Team (SW Team) Activity Inbox is
similar to an Outlook Inbox. It receives online requests, and can
be managed by activity type, date received etc.
The purpose of the Activity Inbox is to receive, in one
central location, online requests requiring SW Team approval before
each activity can be completed. This enables the SW Team to
effectively manage all requests generated within the service.
The following activities require SW Team approval
