SW04300 - Roles and Responsibilities: HMRC Member
An HMRC Member is provided with access to a Room either as a
Participant or Observer.
As a Participant, the HMRC Member can carry out the general
online activities available to all members in the Room. In
addition, an HMRC Member can carry out the following online
activities:
| SW05410 | Request to be added to a Room |
| SW05630 | Request to Change their Role |
| SW06130 | Request a New Room |
| SW07430 | Close an Item |
| SW07440 | Delete an Item |
As an Observer the HMRC Member can only view items within the
Room.
