There will be a review of cases by the Assistant Director (AD) of all cases over 18 months old. A summary of the review will be shared with LBS and LC for their input / comment. It is the SAV Sector and Regional Group Account Managers’ responsibility to ensure that all valuers working LBS cases contribute to the related action plans punctually and effectively. Suitable cases will be referred to the Appeals Team.
All other cases will be reviewed at 18 months old by the AD and Grade 7s within each valuation group on a monthly basis with an in depth review each quarter.
