If customers request help with the completion of the share scheme pages to the return, you should make sure that they have read the notes carefully, and that they have any of the helpsheets which may be relevant. SSM10.4.

In addition the Inland Revenue booklets (SSM1.9) should be used to help with enquiries. The Share Scheme Manual can also be used to answer specific questions.
