Example when SSP ends because the employee is excluded from receiving SSP

That [e/e] is excluded from entitlement to Statutory Sick Pay on [date] and that [e/r] is not liable to pay Statutory Sick Pay to [e/e] in respect of days of incapacity from work for a period starting on [date of exclusion] and continuing for the extent of any further periods of incapacity which link with the first day of Mr A’s exclusion.
