Evidence for SPP
Evidence required for SPP birth, adoption and adoption from
abroad are listed below. Employers are not entitled to ask for
official documents such as the MATB1, Matching Certificate or
Official Notification but the caseworker and Nominated Officer may
do so if it is necessary to clear a dispute.

SPP Adoption
