SGSAROA4000 - Contacting BIS for licensability rulings

Complete and send a rating request using the SPIRE system https://spire.BIS.gse.gov.uk/. Request any supporting documents, from the agent/exporter. Ideally technical specifications, of the goods, should be scanned in to SPIRE but where this is not possible they should be attached electronically.

If for any reason you decide to abort an enquiry which is still being dealt with by BIS inform BIS using the SPIRE system.
