SE76104 - Social Security benefits: report difficult cases to Head Office

Reports to Personal Tax (Technical) or International Division

Submit cases of doubt or difficulty under SE76103 to

• Personal Tax (Technical), Solihull where the other benefit involved is a UK pension; or
• International Division (Case IV and V) where the other benefit involved is a foreign pension.

Where possible, please enclose a copy of the documentation under which the pension was awarded.
