SE42890 - Residence: taxpayer coming to the United Kingdom

Issue of form P86

When an individual comes to the United Kingdom send a form P86 for completion but see the Residence Guide (RG2.2) if the individual is within Self Assessment and form P86 cannot be issued during the tax year of arrival.

Leaflet IR139 should be sent with the form P86.
