Although the usual practice will always be to request the
information informally in the first place, there may be some
circumstances in which the issue of a FA03/SCH10/PARA14 notice at
the same time as the notice of enquiry should be considered. See
SDLTM84510.
As it may be argued that this is contrary to the spirit of
the Code of Practice a report should be made
