Misdirected items

It is important that any land transaction return, form SDLT1, and associated supplementary returns, form SDLT2, form SDLT3 and form SDLT4, be forwarded to RDC Netherton for scanning.

If supplementary forms only are received see SDLTM60210.

Where any payment is received for £1,000,000 or more, this must be banked under local banking arrangements. See the office manager for further guidance.
