SCIG18320 - Standards and quality monitoring: Quality assurance: Completion of SCOLS quality assurance fields

Quality Assurance Data must be entered on SCOLS. The stage at which this is done is a matter of common-sense depending on the nature of the case. The initial data entry will be made by the Investigator and must be agreed or amended after discussion with the Operational Leader. This may take place at the end of each stage or at an appropriate ‘in-term’ review of the case.
