SCIG18420 - Standards and quality monitoring: Monitoring: Control

The Assistant Director (Governance & Assurance) is responsible for ensuring that the system is operated in accordance with the MAP guidance. The Assistant Director (G&A) reports directly and exclusively to the Deputy Director (Support).

The Assistant Director (G&A) will liaise with Internal Audit to ensure their recognition of these arrangements as a meaningful and reliable quality management system. Internal Audit will carry out such periodic reviews and checks of the system as they consider necessary.
