SCIG18310 - Standards and quality monitoring: Quality assurance: General
It is essential that SI (Fraud and Avoidance) has a rigorous and meaningful system whereby the quality of our investigation work can be quantified in a manner which is capable of independent verification. With effect from 1s t July 2009 SI (F&A) has a devolved Management Assurance Programme (MAP) designed to provide that assurance.
The programme is held on the SI (F&A) website. It includes the necessary templates as well as covering other non work areas. SI (F&A) are responsible for the upkeep and application of the MAP.
