Details of all complaints dealt with locally should be provided monthly to (This text has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000) (SI Governance and Performance) within 3 working days of the month end. This information will be collated with complaints dealt with by the Complaints Manager and recorded on ECCS (Enterprise Complaints and Correspondence System), which captures details of complaints across the whole of HMRC.
