The SA Helpline is a national telephone service providing help, advice and information on a wide range of SA enquiries for taxpayers, agents and employers.
The main help provided includes advice on
- Tax return completion
- Statement and calculation queries
- Interest, penalties and surcharges
- General tax matters
The service is available evenings and weekends, every day of the year except 25 and 26 December and 1 January, at a cost of a local rate call.
