The ‘Additional Information’ work list includes
changes notified on a SA100 tax return in respect of personal and
business name and address details, telephone number and change to a
customer’s NINO.
Note: The SA record is now updated automatically
where certain changes in personal details are supplied on the
return.
No further action is therefore required in caseswhich show personal address or telephone number as the
reason for appearanceon the work list.
Changed personal and business details for partnerships are
not identified for Partnership returns filed online. Changes of
name or address must be notified separately, rather than by a tick
at Question 8.
You should check the SA record on the aspect(s) included on
the printout, and update the record as necessary.
It is important that the computer record is updated with
any changes in respectof personal and business details as soon as
possible.
