When reviewing the ‘Additional Information’ work list follow steps 1 - 3 below.

For details of how to access the SA function, select ‘Index Of Functions’ on the left of the screen.

1. Use function VIEW RETURN to view the full return filed online (see subject ‘Identifying and Viewing a Return Filed Online’ ( SAM126070)
   
   
2. Take a screen print of the relevant pages if required
   
   
3. Take the appropriate action depending on the information given
