In-year repayment requests are often made by investment
managers, on behalf of the pension scheme, during the year. The
investment manager in effect acts as nominee for the trustee.
Where an in-year repayment is requested, SA function CREATE
FREESTANDING CREDIT will be used to enter a credit on the SA
record.
The effective date of payment given to this freestanding
credit is the date the repayment request was received.

SA / CODA record
All repayments must be made from the SA record. The unlinked
CODA record exists to account for liability that arises on certain
payments, and is assessable on the administrator.
