SAM101320 – Records: maintain taxpayer record: w046 pensioner and low income quality review list

In addition to Work List W045 – Pensioner and Low Income Review List there is an associated managerial review list to check whether taxpayers have been correctly removed from SA. This will contain a 10 per cent sample of cases automatically deleted from Work List W045 where the Final Return Year signal has been set.

The Work List details will be the same as shown for Work List W045. These will include a ‘Reason for inclusion’ which will allow you to filter and sort for Pensioner or Low Income cases. In addition the details will show the Operator ID and the Office OUID for the operator that set the Final Return Year signal that prompted the removal of the entry from Work List W045.

The Work List should be reviewed to ensure cases have been correctly removed from SA.
