SAM101140 - Records: maintain taxpayer record: inhibit auto closure signal

The Inhibit Auto Closure signal prevents the individual record being automatically removed from SA where the SA criteria are no longer met and may be set where a compliance review is in progress.

Whenever you set this signal you must make an SA note giving the reason why the signal has been set.
