What details can I amend?

As a user of HMRC Pension Schemes Online, certain details relating to you are held on the system. These were provided when you registered for Pension Schemes Online. (See page RPSM02306100 for more details of the registration process.) These details should be kept up to date.

You can amend the following details held about you as a user of Pension Schemes Online, whether you are a scheme administrator or a practitioner.

• Your name (if you are an individual)
• Your organisation name (if you are not an individual)
• Your password for HMRC online services (you may for security reasons wish to change the password periodically)
• Your postal address
• Your telephone number
• Your e-mail address
• Your requirement for paper communication from HMRC
• Your country of residence.

You will only be able to amend your own details.
