Requesting a repayment during the tax year

Repayment requests can be made during the tax year by completing a form R63N and sending it to H M Revenue & Customs, Pension Scheme Services, FitzRoy House, Castle Meadow Road, Nottingham, NG2 1BD. Form R63N can be downloaded from our website.

This is an easement permitted by HMRC. As the acceptance of these requests is an easement HMRC may decide to suspend or withdraw the arrangements for in year repayments, for example where it is discovered that claims are excessive due to serious or persistent errors by the claimant, or where matters affecting the schemes tax liability are outstanding.
