If you wish to rely on an entitlement to enhanced lifetime
allowance, you must give the
scheme administrator of your
registered pension scheme the reference number
issued by HMRC in connection with your enhanced lifetime allowance.
Failure to provide this information is contrary to the
requirement by law under regulation 11 of The Registered Pension
Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2006 [SI 2006/567].
If you do not supply the information, you will be unable to benefit
from any entitlement to an enhanced lifetime allowance.
