Review of the maximum dependants’ unsecured pension fund limit

When the maximum dependants’ unsecured pension payable in a pension year is reviewed (see RPSM10104480) it is the role of the scheme administrator to re-calculate the maximum.

This is done in the same way as with the initial calculation, but with the basis amount being calculated using the dependants’ age at the review point and the level of dependants’ unsecured pension fund left at that time.
