Where an individual has been in contracted-out employment in
a
registered pension scheme, but wishes to re-join
the state second pension scheme, payments by the registered pension
scheme to the state scheme in respect of that individual are
authorised member payments where
- the payment is made pursuant to section
55(2) Pension Schemes Act 1993, or
- the payment is made pursuant to section
51(2) Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993.
