[Reg 6 The Registered Pension Schemes (Relief at Source) Regulations 2005 - SI 2005/3448]

You or your representative as set out in RPSM05202010 must make (and if in writing, sign) a declaration to:

  1. Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the basic personal information given to the scheme administrator as set out in RPSM05202020.
  2. Confirm that your contributions made using the relief at source system will be within the total contributions limit (see RPSM05202030).
  3. Confirm that you will tell the scheme administrator if an event occurs, for example you cease to have any relevant UK earnings, and as a result you are no longer entitled to tax relief for an earlier contribution. You must do this by the later of:
    1. 5th April in the year of assessment in which the event occurs; and
    2. 30 days after the event occurred.
