Declaration about accuracy of information
[Reg 6 The Registered Pension Schemes (Relief at Source) Regulations 2005 - SI 2005/3448]
You or your representative as set out in RPSM05202010 must make (and if in writing, sign) a declaration to:
- Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the basic personal information given to the scheme administrator as set out in RPSM05202020.
- Confirm that your contributions made using the relief at source system will be within the total contributions limit (see RPSM05202030).
- Confirm that you will tell the scheme administrator if an event occurs, for example you cease to have any relevant UK earnings, and as a result you are no longer entitled to tax relief for an earlier contribution. You must do this by the later of:
- 5th April in the year of assessment in which the event occurs; and
- 30 days after the event occurred.
