RG7.3 - General Information: Submissions
If you have to make a submission to CAR Residency in Bootle or in Nottingham your covering memo should [See SE42880]
- state the reason for the submission (for example quote the RG, RE or SE paragraph number)
- summarise the relevant facts
- draw attention to the relevant letters, forms P85 or P86 and so on
- show clearly if (and why) the case needs urgent attention
- attach your file and/or all papers held. In Schedule E cases include a copy of the full taxpayer printout.
Normally it is not necessary to set out your own views or suggestions (Ad 2030).
