RG3.6 - Domicile: Domicile review
If CAR Residency (Residence & Domicile Technical Team) Bootle give a domicile ruling and set a review date [See District establishment file IM1635a]
- enter the name of the individual and the review date in the District establishment file. (See IM1635a).
After 6 April each year
- examine the establishment file and for those cases listed at that date
- act on the latest ruling on domicile by CAR Residency (Residence & Domicile Technical Team) Bootle.
