The Guide tells you whether
- you can deal with a case and, if so, it advises you on
- the individual's residence status
- domicile if it is appropriate
- the subsequent liability
- you need to refer to Charity, Assets & Residence (CAR) - Residency in Bootle or in Nottingham.
