REQACE200 - Requesting AC-e assistance from an OMS under Administrative Cooperation in Excise (AC-e): What options are available to me under AC-e?

Options available when requesting assistance from OMS are described in full within Guidance Note 1, but could include:

• Movement Verification System (MVS) requests to confirm safe arrival and proper accounting of goods;
• Excise Mutual Assistance (EMA) requests to seek information relating to wider issues of trader compliance, or the credibility of movement patterns between UK and OMS traders;
• Pre-arranged exchanges of information and joint controls, including coordinated use of the EWS-e system, Simultaneous and Multilateral Controls.
