RE3165 - Handling and checking vouchers: Duplicate vouchers

Take special care when you receive a claim supported by duplicate vouchers. Be even more careful if this happens for more than one year. Check that a claim has not already been made and repaid with the original vouchers. This could have happened in your District or another one. Refer the case to an Inspector if

• the claim has already been repaid
• you are not sure.
