PSI25.3.8 - Flexibility in Pension Provision – Flexible Use of AVCs – Schemes With a Low NRA

There are no restrictions within the flexibility provisions in respect of schemes with agreed low normal retirement ages, so AVC benefits for these type of schemes can be deferred at their respective nrds and then brought into payment at any time thereafter.
