PS 80A - Laying Information Before The General Commissioners

This form will be sent by the Inspector to the Clerk to the Commissioners. It is available only on the PC network and you should enter the relevant information from the PS 80 into the shaded fields. Where appropriate, instructions appear at the bottom of the screen. Print three copies: two to send to the Inspector and one for our penalties sub-file.
